Piffle, con’t

I got my quilt back, and I think it looks good but I won’t know for sure until I take it home and have enough space to spread it out. Can I go home NOW? Please?

I’m pretty disappointed in myself that I got so wrapped up in retouching the award ceremony photos with shiny and new Photoshop v.9 that I completely missed the 12pm-1pm yoga class I was kinda sorta thinking about going to today at lunch. Maybe tomorrow? (probably not: tomorrow is Hatha, and I’m a die-hard Ashtanga girl… Hatha just feels wrong to my muscles)

Breakfast today: Starbucks no-fat, no-water (so what’s in it, then?) grande Tazo Chai, vanilla yogurt, six mini-toasts with salmon cream cheese and a decaf earl grey no sugar.
Lunchies: tuna again (the peanut satay one – not bad, but bears a *shocking* resemblance to cat food, for reals), assorted sweet peppers, asparagus, a banana, spinach salad with light dressing and a slice of fat-free ham, carrots
Dindins: chicken pad thai from Salad King (yum!)

Dinner last night? Tragically, Mini-Eggs. With Ferrero Rocher for dessert. I must be stopped.

Hopefully tonight I will find the energy to go out for tasty dinner with , and the happily visiting : that way the likelihood of me ordering an entire meal of chocolate is decreased by at least 30%.

  1. …what it is about ashtanga that you like, and what do you hate about hatha? I could just google it, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on it. I’m not sure what I was doing last night…

  2. no! keep up with the chockies. I’m not having any, so i might as well read about you enjoying them. I mean, sure, have a green leafy thing, but wash it down with chocolate, so I know you’re having a full and rounded diet.
