Trip to gym was successful, although lead to the sad discovery that I have lost a lot of speed and muscle. Jogging 2.5 miles took me half an hour, which sucks, to put it mildly. I used to be able to shake my thang a hell of a lot faster than that. Barely made it through my third set of assisted chin-ups.
My body is weird. It *always* weighs the same, circa 130lbs, in a sort of Dorian Gray-esque fashion, no matter what evils I inflict on it. It appears to compensate for fat gain by dehydrating me and making my muscles atrophy to the point that lifting pencils becomes difficult. Sigh. I miss my mighty pipes.
