P.S. – Does anyone know how to fill out one of these legal “Agreement of Purchase and Sale of Condominium” suckers properly? ‘Cause it’s giving me a headache just looking at the damn form. And it’s only two pages long.

Dude. Get a lawyer. Or an agent. Or SOMETHING – Don’t try to puzzle through real estate legalese on your own!
Also, make sure your agreement contains the standard “out” conditions – conditional on financing, conditional on inspection, and. Um. There’s a third that I can’t remember for the life of me. But it’s also very important!!!
I know the basics of those, but too confusing to explain here..I’ll try to remember to send you an email tonight telling you what to fill out…xoxo
…that as half-a-lawyer (1.5 years to go!), I would know something about this.
You would think that and be wrong.
So I’m with Chrissy — call an agent or a lawyer. Real lawyers are your friends. Except when they’re being bastards, which is most of the time. But if you’re paying them (and your enemies aren’t paying them more), they’re your friends.
Good luck!
